Only LE get be fully remote. They require in office 2-3X per week. Business Development is tough and a grind and they are super micro managing we have to take screenshots of literally everything we do and if you don’t fit the culture or go into the office they’ll PIP you which means fire you. Pro- Brand awareness & trust, networking Con- Nice to have product, micro managing leadership and RTO mandates, they keep on putting more internal stuff on our plate and expect us to have extremely high metrics and still complete everything else on time. It’s a little unrealistic tbh.

Great learning experience, cult like, and overall just selling a $100000 refined google search. Leadership is chummy but will push you out if you make more than what they want to pay a fresh college grad. If you have experience, it’s not a good place to work.

The SMB region is increasing its focus on existing accounts, I can’t speak on different regions but we no longer have any inbound leads nor are we allowed to prospect net news. The result is less opportunities as the few leads we had are now owned by the BDs.
