FullStory is having very real challenges this year. They've had multiple RIFs in the last 2 years, overall top-line sales growth has been bad but even worse is the amount of customers churning. They just fired CRO, Head of ENT, Head of Sales Eng in July and the company feels very much in panic mode. There's so much competition in this space and FullStory is not the horse I'd bet on.

Hired me for an account manager role then pulled the rug out from underneath me and switched everyone to Hunter. They say its hybrid but the actions imply its clearly a new business role. "More potential to make money" doesn't apply as a valid excuse if its a job i dont want to be doing

A lot going on in the org right now. Team is struggling with highest priced platform in the space and competitors creating similar products.
