Core SMB product was/is excellent. Strategic team focused on solar adjacent accounts, not typically a target. Account distribution was inconsistent leading to feast or famine between highly qualified reps. Disappointing experience, leadership made many promises, didn't fulfill any. Was hired as a strategic seller that had to chase SMB accounts. Strategic logos were owned by leadership with no autonomy as a seller. PMF not given in area.

Since the co- founder stepped down the sales organization has been taken over by former SalesForce leadership and the sales organization’s culture has deteriorated as a result. Unrealistic targets have been instituted because leadership is looking to “prove” themselves professionally.
