Not a good experience. Product great. Sales Management awful. Worst favoritism ever. Cant figure out how to help AEs. When you ask questions they just make you feel stupid in front of your team. Stay away until current middle management changes. HR needs to wake up and actually take a look at the way growth sales is being run. its very telling that they havent dont anything about it, to me that shows a lack of care and commitment to the employees of the business . Found out recently how bad of a rep the sales middle management has. Call around, talk to former AEs BEFORE you take a job here.

Company went from empathy, clarity, trust to sell more, you all don't do enough, layoffs. Hoping that they turn things around, but leadership in place today is driving the company into the ground.

It has been a tough experience. The product is great, there are some very smart people, but there is not enough demand to support the growth goals. Managers are encouraged to performance manage people out yet they are not allowed to backfill roles.
