Lack of sales leadership made it difficult for new SDRs to succeed. Management changes often, and the qualification criteria isn’t clear. The people are pretty cool though.

FullStory has been a good experience overall. Definitely face some challenges that all startups go through. Things move and change quickly, so you have to be nimble.

Not a good experience. Product great. Sales Management awful. Worst favoritism ever. Cant figure out how to help AEs. When you ask questions they just make you feel stupid in front of your team. Stay away until current middle management changes. HR needs to wake up and actually take a look at the way growth sales is being run. its very telling that they havent...Read More

Growth sector is a low performing team, very aggressive and heavy on out-bounding to very recycled account lists. Fullstory is over hiring and pushing an expensive product in a very saturated market. Do not recommend.
