I'm generally pleased with my job performance, but I do notice occasional gaps in structure that could be improved. While I'm satisfied overall, enhancing organizational frameworks would help streamline operations and boost effectiveness. Overall, I'm diligent and competent, yet there's room for refinement in maintaining structural consistency.

Freshworks is moving in a good direction. And I’m sure that in a few years they’ll be in a much better position. But right now is not the time to be in a sales role here. As a BDR or even AE you will not hit quota and it’s going to take a lot of changes until that happens.
