Product is solid, but that seems to be where the expertise ends. Sales operations is a joke, and accountability in the lead generation team is non-existent. This company has a decade of roots in SMB and is still run as such.

Freshworks is moving in a good direction. And I’m sure that in a few years they’ll be in a much better position. But right now is not the time to be in a sales role here. As a BDR or even AE you will not hit quota and it’s going to take a lot of changes until that happens.
