Overall experience is positive, not much micro-managing. Much of the responsibilities of lead development, partner engagement, and closing deals falls on the reps shoulders. We've been consistently updating and enhancing our product with the hope of marketing catching up to our competitors.

It will depend on the business unit you're working with as some are expected to grow over 10% and they get marketing dollars and a decent amount of inbound leads while the older product lines rely more on existing customer expansion and referrals.
