Management is horrific. Zero management experience. They spent more time talking about new hired women and what they look like as well as their own personal lives. This place is crashing hard.

Professional development outside of the US is non existent and leadership overlooks anything outside of the US even though it performs better. Base salary is average to good for the industry and compensation was good until recently where it has been destroyed. The company has many pros such as extreme flexibility and a relaxed working style. The pay is well below average and the company does very little to add a culture with team events such as no holiday parties, virtual sales kickoff, and no requirements to come into a physical location.
