Professional development outside of the US is non existent and leadership overlooks anything outside of the US even though it performs better. Base salary is average to good for the industry and compensation was good until recently where it has been destroyed. The solutions are fantastic and should be industry leading but in most cases the marketing is extinct. The culture in the international sales team is decent but the overall US corporate culture that treats you like a number is bad.

OK company to get a break into Cyber, IF you are an entry level rep in a low paying market, to get your 1-3 yrs of experience, before moving on. IF you are an experienced rep, RUN AWAY.... Fortra buys DYING companies, & slashes marketing/channel spend. Most reps are at 50% or less of quota.
