My overall experience as for others did not go well. Went through the company being bought out and changing the whole brand which led to a lot of miscommunication. Product was getting outdated by competitors. Did not pay employees well.

Nothing special, just an average sales engineering role. Good products, but the leadership and their decisions/prioritizations were a bit off a lot of the time though.

Overall experience is positive, not much micro-managing. Much of the responsibilities of lead development, partner engagement, and closing deals falls on the reps shoulders. We've been consistently updating and enhancing our product with the hope of marketing catching up to our competitors.
