Fortinet is a dumpster fire. Everyone is jumping ship due to senior management. Product portfolio is large, but just average quality. The NGFW's are a good product and account for 85% of revenue.

Leadership looks to hire externally rather than internally. It feels like an uphill battle getting our of the inside sales portion. Besides that, the product is fantastic and the culture is amazing. Hoping for positive changes down the road.

My overall experience was mixed in Canada, when your numbers are good everything is good, when the numbers go low, that's when the management can be pushy and ! It's a great place to learn or start your career but then you have to make a switch for a better place.
