Leadership looks to hire externally rather than internally. It feels like an uphill battle getting our of the inside sales portion. Besides that, the product is fantastic and the culture is amazing. Hoping for positive changes down the road.

Over my 2 years at Fortinet, there has been a steady decline. I have worked at Fortinet for over 4 years. In that time there have been territory splits, raises in quota and other inconveniences, but the solutions are a great market fit, and the channel community is strong.
