My overall experience was mixed in Canada, when your numbers are good everything is good, when the numbers go low, that's when the management can be pushy and ! It's a great place to learn or start your career but then you have to make a switch for a better place.

New comp plan is a disgrace. Disincentivizes selling strategic products and cuts the money you bring home in a year by ca 1/3.

Although your experience may vary, I believe my management is very good, supportive and understands the challenge we have. Some of the best management at the sales manager level and the level above that I have had.
