General sentiment across the board is that AE’s are seen as replaceable and unimportant, this must change to retain good talent.

With the new Americas sales leadership, they decided to make significant reductions to our compensation plan, as well as hiking quotas in some cases(like mine) by over 100%, even though my pipeline didn't come close to supporting such an increase.
