Current Employee2.4Aug 7, 2024Overall the company appears to be taking a downturn. Leadership has been struggling to find consistency job function. Job retention has not been good. Compensation is has also been continuously changing. It’s unfortunate because Fortinet is a great company but it appears it’s becoming Unsure of the future and the security of their employers.

Current Employee3.3Jan 21, 2024I think there is a balance of pros and cons. It is leaning towards negative due to the high quotas from last year. Also, the company does not seem to want to invest in sales enablement in ways that make selling easier for the reps.
