Up until 2024, the compensation plan was very good. With the new Americas sales leadership, they decided to make significant reductions to our compensation plan, as well as hiking quotas in some cases(like mine) by over 100%, even though my pipeline didn't come close to supporting such an increase. My immediate leadership and their manager are great. Higher up from there, these clowns have never carried a bag but somehow they know everything there is to know about selling complex solutions into large Enterprise accounts. People are leaving and our financial results are starting to reflect this.

As a BDR here, I’ve been given false promises of pay raises & growth. The new VP has no clue on how to lead. There is a lot of micromanaging from the upper management. They say this role is hybrid, yet we come into office 4x a week, and no other department is forced to come in as much as the BDRs.

Leadership is trash, base pay sucks, no upward mobility for over 1.5 years within the org. They have a problem retaining great talent. The Products are fantastic though.
