Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience at Fortinet has been a very interesting run for me. The culture isn’t great the executive suite doesn’t seem to respect or closely engage with sales and morale seems pretty low across the board. That said there are ways to find the nooks and crannies where the money is hiding and I’ve managed to make good money over the last couple years, but I’m only one of a couple on my team that can say this. Most (like 6 or 7 out of 10) don’t hit 25% of plan!
