Former Employee3.3Sep 3, 2023Stay away. I had a great manager who taught me a lot, and the product had a great market fit. However, there was poor leadership across the board. Constant lies and layoffs from senior sales directors and the CRO. Top performers being let go left and right. No matter how hard you work at FiscalNote, you're not safe. Stay away.

Current Employee1.4Apr 8, 2024Heavy workload, impossible quotas, low base & OTE. Not much chance to move up.
Former Employee2.4Feb 9, 2024FiscalNote is making progress, however, it is a niche product in a crowded market. Due to a lack of competitive differentiation and shared capabilities across competitors, often the only viable incentive is discounting. When "race to the bottom" is a BD stragety, W2 earnings suffer and platform stickiness is non-existent.
