Leadership was in it mostly to sell the company. There had been an aura of fakeness from upper level personnel, but the IC's and lower management were great.

There is absolutely no training for AEs or SEs here. Recent acquisition resulted in mass layoffs. No consistency in direction from leadership, and often competing opinions from sales VP, services VP, product directors. Previous history of poor implementations makes sales difficult.
