Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience is the company is trying to become profitable, so there are a lot of layoffs and commish structure changes. The base pay for those who make it to senior roles was supposed to go up $5,000 but they cut it down to $2,500.
Also, they preach Diversity and Inclusion and there is none in sight. Even with employment engagement surveys hinting that no one trusts leadership they make all of these empty promises.
Micromanaging on the BD team has increased, unfortunately.
