Engineering forward culture means sales contribution is not valued or compensated. OTE cannot be achieved by more than 60%. Leadership is immature and motivates with fear. Data is the only lens used for inspection driving micro management. Quotas created in thin air and totally unattainable. Favoritism runs rampant.
