Engineering forward culture means sales contribution is not valued or compensated. OTE cannot be achieved by more than 60%. Leadership is immature and motivates with fear. Data is the only lens used for inspection driving micro management. Quotas created in thin air and totally unattainable. Favoritism runs rampant.

Overall the company has a strong partnership with top players in the market, however sales leadership and compensation structure were weak at best.
