OTEs will be nearly impossible to achieve under new plans. New business is very difficult as their product org has trailed competition and direction seems to be toward niche markets like media.

Issues mostly come from selling into the CDN and WAF space which is very competitive. Impossible to hit quota based on the new compensation plan which is drastically different from the year before. Unfortunately, the market still has no idea who we are.
