Former Employee Everlaw provided a structured onboarding and ramping, which was helpful as someone who was new to the SDR role at the time. The company acted as if it was transparent, and I overall felt it was until I was impacted by an entirely unanticipated layoff. The legal industry is challenging to sell in, especially in the SDR role. There are some good leaders within the SDR team, but the overall culture felt questionable as my colleagues had very mixed opinions of leadership and decisions that were made.
