Everlaw provided a structured onboarding and ramping, which was helpful as someone who was new to the SDR role at the time. The company acted as if it was transparent, and I overall felt it was until I was impacted by an entirely unanticipated layoff. Postive experience overall, leads are far and few in public sector, the company treats all segments as if they are the same. They do not take the time to make changes based on rep feedback. SIP has de-accelerators as the company would make its goal if all the reps hit only 70% of qouta. They make changes every year that benefit the company rather than the outbound...Read More

Everlaw has an amazing product and comp structure. The company is very innovative and supportive but at a stage where growth is harder to find in a tough selling environment and industry.

Great product but niche industry and new reps struggle at first. Non-industry specific leadership can miss on changes. Highly competitive market but huge upside. Potential for large deals exist.

Category leading product. Sales team "culture" is non-existent. Compensation plan helps those who have been there for a while, and is stacked against anyone new. Leadership is not in touch with the reps.
