Category leading product. Sales team "culture" is non-existent. Compensation plan helps those who have been there for a while, and is stacked against anyone new. Leadership is not in touch with the reps.

Great product but niche industry and new reps struggle at first. Non-industry specific leadership can miss on changes. Highly competitive market but huge upside. Potential for large deals exist.

A good product on the legal side of the market, but leadership, bad culture, and unrealistic sales goals ruin what could otherwise be a great company to work for.
