Overall experience here was like rearranging furniture on the titanic. Reps and managers were fired based on non-performance criteria that wasn't shared with other managers or reps - we were told not to ask. We were asked as managers not to say the word "culture." I had issues getting earned compensation - when I escalated to HR (my boss had been fired and the sales ops person had quit), they said they dont handle compensation related issues. Luckily I was able to find the person who made an assumption rather than checking my contract, and I was finally able to get the comp corrected. The lack of strategy and top-down leadership here was awful. Lots of misdirection and whiplash from guardrail-to-guardrail leadership.

Bunch of layoffs over last 3 months of critical employees. Company owned by equity investors. Just want to make profitable to offload the company. Letting all good US employees go and shipping work to india cybage since they own them also. Go look for work somewhere else.

Eptura leadership has shifted drastically to caring solely about hitting numbers. Valuing employees work/life balance, personal growth, and career growth have all gone out the window completely. There is no coaching, only gathering numbers to report up to the board. Retention is dwindling because of the culture and I don't see this changing anytime soon.
