Loved working for my previous employer before TB acquired us and Eptura was formed Now, I find it difficult to work here. Tenured successful reps are leaving left and right, some without other opportunities lined up. The stress/anxiety isn't worth it anymore. Everyone is just a number to TB as witnessed by some excellent and successful people being laid off/forced out in 2023.

I have been with Eptura for roughly 6 months and the company is going through a period of change for sure. Brining 9 companies together is hard, but now we are moving in the right direction.
