Sales leadership is way over their head. They have zero industry experience and can’t articulate the value of the product. They insist on speaking to customers only at the end of a sales cycle. Eptura leadership has shifted drastically to caring solely about hitting numbers. Valuing employees work/life balance, personal growth, and career growth have all gone out the window completely. There is no coaching, only gathering numbers to report up to the board. Retention is dwindling because of the culture and I don't see this changing anytime soon.

Great product market fit, company was rapidly expanding while I was working there leading to lots of ambiguity and leadership changes due to acquisition. Great place to start a tech sales career.

Bunch of layoffs over last 3 months of critical employees. Company owned by equity investors. Just want to make profitable to offload the company. Letting all good US employees go and shipping work to india cybage since they own them also. Go look for work somewhere else.

Overall experience was not great, since the merger, the culture has been lost. Leadership is messy, and all they care about is just keeping their jobs. All they do is talk about metrics and numbers. Professional development in there is abysmal.

a few great products, and execellent sales engineers. the worst CRM setup i've ever seen, and its extremely complicated to support 7 separate platforms. "consolidated platform" not anywhere near ready for actual sales.

Reps and managers were fired based on non-performance criteria that wasn't shared with other managers or reps - we were told not to ask. We were asked as managers not to say the word "culture." Working for Eptura as an AE is currently a shit show. Ever since the merger by Thoma Bravo in October 2022, this became a cut throat environment with extremely poor leadership and no direction. 3 rounds of layoffs since October and rockstar employees quitting left and right. Keep looking...

Leadership is abysmal - it's a revolving door, nobody has a chance of making quota, customers are dropping like flies, and sales people here are generally miserable. Loved working for my previous employer before TB acquired us and Eptura was formed Now, I find it difficult to work here. Tenured successful reps are leaving left and right, some without other opportunities lined up. The stress/anxiety isn't worth it anymore.
