Working for Eptura as an AE is currently a shit show. Ever since the merger by Thoma Bravo in October 2022, this became a cut throat environment with extremely poor leadership and no direction. 3 rounds of layoffs since October and rockstar employees quitting left and right. Keep looking...

Loved working for my previous employer before TB acquired us and Eptura was formed Now, I find it difficult to work here. Tenured successful reps are leaving left and right, some without other opportunities lined up. The stress/anxiety isn't worth it anymore. Everyone is just a number to TB as witnessed by some excellent and successful people being laid off/forced...Read More
