Overall experience was not great, since the merger, the culture has been lost. Leadership is messy, and all they care about is just keeping their jobs. All they do is talk about metrics and numbers. Professional development in there is abysmal.

Bunch of layoffs over last 3 months of critical employees. Company owned by equity investors. Just want to make profitable to offload the company. Letting all good US employees go and shipping work to india cybage since they own them also. Go look for work somewhere else.

Sales leadership is way over their head. They have zero industry experience and can’t articulate the value of the product. They insist on speaking to customers only at the end of a sales cycle.
