Good tech but have gone in a few too many directions. Leadership was great but recently shifted its message to the field simply isn’t working hard enough. 24% hitting quota and the answer is that the reps are the problem. As a performing rep, I’m unsure I plan on being here long term.

Very good product and solid compensation package for SAs and managers. Culture is in flux, lacking strong leadership for SAs or company in general. Very limited diversity - specifically not a great place for women in Sales (SAs or AEs).
