Good tech but have gone in a few too many directions. Leadership was great but recently shifted its message to the field simply isn’t working hard enough. 24% hitting quota and the answer is that the reps are the problem. As a performing rep, I’m unsure I plan on being here long term.

Ridiculous earning potential, I made club in Y1 and took home north of $350k in my first year.
