This place has gotten toxic. I have never experienced leadership that micromanages to THIS level. Despite being on an annual number, and having pipeline to exceed your number, the real quota is quarterly. If you don't hit...at any point...you're put on an unachievable PIP and managed out. Leadership calls sales lazy, incompetent, actively tanking deals, and worthless. These are actual quotes from Head of Sales. Avoid this place. The culture is TOXIC.

I really enjoy working at elastic. The pay is great, the freedom is great and the colleagues are fantastic. The product is remarkable and exciting to sell. There is a lot to learn from colleagues. Targets are reasonable and the accelerator is great at 150%. I'm a happy SDR.
