-Best company I’ve ever worked for as far as work/life flexibility. Colleagues are great to work with. Company is extremely innovative. -Company is the leader in the space but competition has caught up. No brand recognition compared to competitors. No inbound lead flow. -Tons of recent management turnover and new CRO has capped commission while adding 6 month quotas. -Management is more interested in generating new deals within current customer base rather than acquire new logos. Current customer deals get all the attention from management. -Best product on the market, but company innovates too quickly before customers can adopt the new features. Would rather create new features than solve what customers actually want. -Base-pay is on par, very low quota attainment across the company, most don’t get close to OTE. -Would recommend a small stint here if trying to further your career for experience; if you’re experienced stay away, no money to be made anymore
