SDR organization needs work, evaluate carefully but if you need a first job not a bad one to have. Work life balance is great and good place to get your foot in the industry.

Current Employee2.1Feb 28, 2024Leadership is very poor, frontline managers can't/won't help you sell, limited access to Sales Engineers, SDRs are worthless, any operational tasks are a nightmare to navigate and take an eternity to complete. New licensing model with no adjusted quota or compensation structure. Product is amazing, most of your peers are good people, company is just moving too fast...Read More
