My overall experience is as very positive at Dropbox. Overall a great company and loved my time there. My direct manager was easily the best of my career. Unfortunate that the management team in America don’t plan long term and were short sighted in their decision making. Local team allowed us to get on with selling during some really successful years without micromanaging and excessive reporting. The biggest challenge is competing with the bigger players like Microsoft and Google dominate the space. Only growth driver currently is the dash product so that’s pretty exciting to be working on and selling.

Great brand, historically good PLG motion meant you could build use cases with end users and take these up to management. Good support on deals from value management to help create ROI. Since recent acquisitions of HelloSign and others, have been able to create wider value

Poor market fit and equally poor product development, even worse was the ability the launch new product and stick to them.
