They over-hired during COVID but that seems to have levelled out and there is plenty of opportunity in the market as their CLM product matures.

During my tenure I have never missed quota. We have great sales leaders & a fantastic product market fit. New leadership team is focused on revamping our GTM strategy & investing in tools to increase efficiency for the sales team.
