Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall, very positive experience in front-line sales leadership in my particular BU, was very blessed to have great senior sales leadership in my immediate BU. Great opportunities to grow/develop yourself in the industry, and some optional leadership development courses/trainings with peers available. TTC (total target compensation), accelerators, and annual vesting RSUs granted made it worthwhile. However, it was time to grow again, and Dell is consistently contracting and flattening layers. There are of course negatives to Dell, but left on good terms and will always thinking fondly of my time in my sales business unit and the amazing people and sales teams I worked with, lead, and learned from along the way. Dell will continue to evolve based on where it thinks it needs to pivot to meet the moment/year/market, like any company - you have to do your due diligence and enter eyes wide open; knowing what the opportunity is and isn't (good/bad/other).
