Well-known and well-respected brand which helps as a seller. They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.

I had a good run over a 12 year period, I made my number about half of the time which isn't bad considering how they manipulate the pay plan, the goals, the pay mix, and everything else.
