Overall experience is good. Company is moving in a direction to 5 days in office only. They have stopped remote events for sales staff and only hiring in Round Rock or Nashville. Pay is good if you are hitting quota. Great market fit and brand recognition. Lots of inbound leads. Culture has started to go downhill, but my direct managers have all been amazing. Executives seem to be the issue, not frontline managers.

largely unrealistic expectations make it very difficult to move up the ladder, you typically get stuck in your role until you get PIP'd out
