It is a great company to work for with a good work-life balance. However, the pay is not as good as it used to be. We used to have an opportunity to make an additional $10000 in spiffs. Now that is gone and constant pay structure changes. Also capped commissions. For example last year I got 600% of my quota. I was paid out on 195%

I've liked working at Dell because there are some great leaders and opportunities to learn how to sell and learn the technology. I don't think the pay is where is should be but it's a great place to start a career.
