The entry level sales role in SB is a grind but if you do well then other avenues open up that are more fulfilling and less stressful.

No lead generation at all. SDRs were poor and poorly trained. Product fit in theory was excellent but seen as the dinosaur in their market largely

A company with good people that struggles or refuses to implement strategies that make others in its space more successful. This review is geared towards the software sales side of Dell. Can't speak to hardware.

My overall experience for my last role at Dell was not the best. The product, while at first seems like a good solution, ultimately did not fit well for the current market. As a result the team of AEs selling this solution was cut by 65%.
