Dell used to be a great company. Recently, all sales targets are unattainable and tons of caps on any commission you could make. To make matters worse, they introduced a full RTO with 2 days notice. No leniency for anyone. Avoid like the plague as this place is rapidly descending.

overall experience was positive. Felt like a secure workplace with lots of opportunities to grow.
