I've liked working at Dell because there are some great leaders and opportunities to learn how to sell and learn the technology. I don't think the pay is where is should be but it's a great place to start a career.

The Positive is there is a great work life balance. Sales tools and processes / resources are complex and not the easiest to navigate. Organizational and role changes happen frequently.
