Former Employee3.7Feb 18, 2024my overall experience was great, but comp was low compared to rest of industry.
Former Employee2.7Aug 16, 2023The product is great and sells itself but there is no loyalty. You grind your ass off for more than a decade and get the boot! Tons of reps were relocated to different city’s and states for roles a year ago who have now been laid off.

Former Employee2.0Sep 28, 2024I would only consider SMB if you are a recent grad and can’t find anything else. You will not learn much about sales and just be a quote servant. Dell will look decent on a resume though depending on where you apply to.

Current Employee4.0Jan 31, 2024Negative. With difficult market conditions it seems leadership wants to pressure sales into reaching unrealistic goals. Career mobility is scarce and lackluster. Dell has great products but poor execution.
