Dell was a great company in the 90’s when I worked there with exceptional growth. Dell was lower on compensation at the time compared to other technology companies but the ESPP program made up for the difference. The culture shifted in the late 90’s to 2000’s as a result of growth, moral suffered and the grass was no longer green.
