The EMC glory days are over- Now strict in office policy and Insane quotas with a very non competitive pay package. They want people to leave so they wont have to pay any expensive rep or lay them off.

Dell’s culture is amazing. The brand really sells itself with instant credibility however a lot has changed & is always changing. The base salary is not the best however the flexibility is deff there. Just a matter of preference in what the person is looking for.

Great Manager, Great Team but every few months I was always waiting for the next big announcement on which vertical was getting cut and other changes that felt like impending doom for everyone.
