Negative. With difficult market conditions it seems leadership wants to pressure sales into reaching unrealistic goals. Career mobility is scarce and lackluster. Dell has great products but poor execution.

Good company to work for outside of politics and "favorites". Hit the glass ceiling in later years of career and due to new dynamics was not able to create proper support system to help continuing to advance in my career and to necessary salary requirements.

Dell then EMC then Dell EMC was a good experience, but organizational structure, product leadership and R&D spend were significant concerns.
