They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.

The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale. Company culture is positive, co-workers keep most people from leaving.
